We have been advised that our clients whose web and or email is hosted on the Total Internet Business Solutions (TIBS) Servers in Brisbane Queensland may experience some disruption to service over the coming days as a result of the flooding of Brisbane's CBD. The data centre itself is apparently high and dry but because Energex are cutting the power to the Brisbane CBD for safety reasons the data centre will be relying on diesel generators for backup power. There may be difficulties getting to the generators to refuel them because of the evacuation orders in effect.
Clients whose hosting is located on other platforms are not effected.
